Summary
In March 2015, Travco Properties announced plans to increase its investments in its Almaza Bay project in the North Coast by adding two five-star hotels and 2,000 residential units to its current portfolio in the project which includes five hotels and 400 residential units. AlMaza Bay is Travco Properties' flagship project. Located on Egypt's North Coast (Sahel) it is 38 km before Marsa Matrouh. The project size is 6.5 million sqm. When the project is completed, AlMaza Bay will feature 7 star resort hotels, residential units, an active marina, food & beverage outlets including outdoor dining, a retail urban center, a sports club, and many open space activities. AlMaza Bay has one of the nicest beaches in Egypt's North Coast.
