The project is set to include up to 110 offices and offers for the first time in west cairo, small office spaces for SMEs, starting from 70sqm and up, SVREICO aims for ARC Business Park to be a hub that connects small and medium enterprises with key industry players and commercial entities enabling it to create a conducive environment for any business to grow. ARC building is created based on a concept of containing the view around where it is forming half a circle covering all the surrounding areas & views from the north to the south.
