Summary
Bleu-Vert New Capital is a new property development by the Saudi-Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. SECON is a leading real estate developer in Egypt with a capital that is equally divided between the governments of Saudi Arabia and Egypt. SECON was established in 1975 and has grown to become one of the leading players in Egypt’s real estate sector. Its current projects include Riyadh Secon in New Cairo, Secon Resort in New Damietta and Secon Nile Towers. Blue-Vert is SECON’s new development on a 70-acre land plot which was awarded to the developer at the first new capital land auction held on the 9th of March 2017. Its strategic location benefits from a 500 metre frontage on the Southern Mohammed bin Zayed road. The project's investment cost is estimated at EGP 4 billion with construction works set to start by the end of 2018. To be developed over three phases, Bleu-Vert New Capital will comprise 60 residential buildings (G+7) offering 1,840 fully finished apartments in addition to 98 villas which will include town houses, twin houses and standalone villas. Delivery is scheduled in 2022.
